We are manufacturers of latex foams for orthopaedic use. We produce latex insoles with a variety of enhancements (retro-capital bar, metatarsal pads, longitudinal arches, etc.) in various compressions to redistribute pressure and provide support, depending on the pathology. Latex is an open-cell material, therefore it cannot be heat-moulded. It has a number of valid characteristics, first among them being that it never remains compressed: it always returns to its original thickness when the pressure of the foot ceases. The compression and subsequent return to its original thickness provide a workout for the sole of the foot, and is beneficial for patients who have circulatory problems, aiding venous blood flow.
